Meet the Founder
Jennifer Rosario
Founder & CEO
Jennifer Rosario founded Atlas Elevation after years of leadership in vocational services, workforce development, and program development. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations, employers, and community partners to strengthen employment initiatives, create practical training programs, and help individuals build the skills, confidence, and independence needed for meaningful participation in the workforce and community.
Her experience has given her a firsthand understanding of the gaps that can exist between traditional services, workforce preparation, and real-world opportunities. Atlas Elevation was created to help bridge those gaps through accessible training, professional certifications, consulting, and community-based educational programs.
Jennifer’s vision is to grow Atlas Elevation into a nationally recognized organization known for practical, high-quality programs that prepare individuals and organizations for long-term success.
